What is included in your photography rental studio booking? Your photo rental studio booking includes using the studio space based on your booked hours. You can find a complete equipment list in your session on the equipment page.

Can more than one photographer rent the space at the same time? No. You and your client will have the entire studio to yourself. 

Is there a dedicated client viewing area? Yes. A beautifully designed space is available for you to review your images with your clients. 

Is there a minimum number of hours I have to book? Yes. There is a two-hour minimum. Your booking includes your shoot and clean-up time. You have to be out of the studio at the end of your scheduled time, and the two-hour minimum allows ample time to wrap your session, meet with your client in the viewing area, and clean the space. 

What happens if I run over my time? There could be another session booked right after your session, so we cannot allow a grace period. If you run over your allotted time, your card on file will be charged for an additional hour. 

Do you allow pets in the studio? Yes. There is an additional $25 pet fee. 

Are pets allowed on the studio furniture? No. There will be an additional $100 cleaning fee if pet hair or stains are found on the furniture.

Can I use all the sets in the studio during my session? Yes. Your rental includes the use of all the sets in the studio, as well as the client viewing area.

Is wifi available during my scheduled session? Is music allowed? Yes. Wifi and a Bluetooth speaker are available for your use during your session. Warning: There are other businesses around the studio, so please keep the music to a respectable level so as not to disturb our neighbors.

Is smoking allowed on the premises? No. This location is smoke-free. 

Is there dedicated parking? Yes. There is free parking available at the studio.

Can I bring my own equipment? Absolutely! Bring any specific gear you need for your session. 

Can I tour the studio before scheduling a session? 
Due to the nature of our business, you cannot pop in to view the studio. You can contact us at least 24 hours in advance to see if the studio is available for viewing, and we will try our best to accommodate you. Instead of an onsite visit, you can review the videos on our website.

What equipment is included in the studio rental? Each studio rental comes with access to our full suite of sets, stands, backdrops, and more — we've got you covered!

Do you offer additional equipment to rent? Yes, we have a wide range of specialized equipment available for rent to complement your studio experience. Whether you want to try out new gear or forgot something we are here to make sure your sessions go well.

Can I book the studio for a same day session? If you need to book a same day session, please contact us by phone or test at ‭(704) 729-4632 to check availability.
